APR Twin Peaks: A great weekend of racing

Over 170 racers, fantastic performances, and an incredible atmosphere! APR's hosting of the first Twin Peaks Dry Slope Competition was a huge success. Athletes from clubs across the country came together to showcase their skills, determination, and sportsmanship, while volunteers worked tirelessly behind the scenes to deliver a memorable event. Block 6 Highlights: Focus, Intensity & British Championship Success

Block 6 marked the final phase of the winter season, centred around the GB Alpine Championships and it proved to be a fitting conclusion to an outstanding campaign. With an increased focus on quality and intensity, the team entered a period of longer, more demanding training sessions in the lead-up to competition. This final block was built on precision, consistency, and race readiness, ensuring athletes were fully prepared to perform at their best when it mattered most.

That preparation translated directly into results.

From FIS to U10, athletes across all levels delivered exceptional performances, highlighting the depth and progression of the APR programme - constantly delivering excellence.

Our Vision

Providing alpine racing opportunities for young people between the ages of 8 and 16 to 'Try it out, Step it up, Be the Best' they can.

A maximum ratio of 7 athletes to 1 coach supports our focus on skill development, continuous improvement and personal achievement.

Our 'Open to all', year round programme includes UK dryslope, indoor and alpine experience, with term time educational support and flexibility to join us for all or any of our structured training/ race camps.

We expect and encourage you to combine the benefits of our programme to achieve your priorities and goals, be they national team opportunities, dividing your time across a number of sports, or a focus on your educational achievements.
